Remains of Kaliningrad UFO Taken to Prominent Moscow Institute

MOSCOW, RUSSIA (Tuesday, April 29, 2003) Almost ten full days into the ongoing investigation of the Unidentified Flying Object which fell, unexpectedly, into Kalingrad harbor, near the suburb of Baltisk, there are still more questions surrounding the incident than answers. Diving operations, at the scene, were suspended on Friday, owing to the apparent lack of any large pieces of debris, while dredging continues. Coverage on Russian State Television RTR, and other national networks has substantially decreased, with only the occasional mention of the fact that "operations continue".
Debris recovered, to date, have been transferred from the crash area to the prestigious "Baumann Institute" in Moscow, one of the foremost Engineering facilities in the world, specializing in aerodynamic and aeronautical engineering, and to the Russian National Space Agency facility in the Moscow suburb of Korolev. Both facilities are equipped to do thorough and definitive studies of the composition of the materials used in construction of the craft, which is described as having been of the "flying wing" design. The relative size of the debris recovered, generally less than one meter in diameter, has hindered any reconstruction of the craft, as such, as has the absence of any debris from the craft's power plant.
Speculation is still high that the craft was of earthly manufacture, and represents a "next generation" in Western "stealth" technology, as the materials recovered to date are all of known origin, although much purer in quality than similar metals that are commercially available. According to Ministry of Defense spokesmen, all materials recovered, to date, are consistent with current aircraft technology, however, are of a much higher quality than previously seen.
With the exception of differences in size and minor configurationally differences, the craft observed at Kalingrad strongly resembles the experimental X-47A aircraft, dubbed Pegasus, which successfully completed its initial flight on February 23, 2003, at the NAVAIR Pacific test range in Southern California. There is also a strong physical resemblance to an earlier version of the UAV aircraft which was unveiled Le Bourget airport, in Paris, during the June 19, 2001 Paris Air Show by the Northrop Grumman Corporation.
While the possibility of the craft being of earthly manufacture is being investigated, and, in fact, treated quite seriously, there is still the far greater possibility that it is of extraterrestrial origin. The technology exhibited by the performance of the craft, it's high speed and the total absence of sound, are, as far as is known, completely beyond the capability of any known manufacturer or design bureau in either the West or in Russia. While experiments into masking the sound of an aircraft have, in fact, been ongoing for many years, so far, no success, of the observed degree, has been known to have been achieved.
A disturbing note with regard to the release of information concerning the craft, and the incident in general is the seeming attempt to block access to such information, in the West. While information flows, more or less freely within Russia, attempts to transmit such material abroad are meeting with resistance. Many, if not all Western owned mainstream media outlets are simply not releasing information on the incident. Such information as has managed to be released, in the early stages of the investigation, were sketchy, at best, and later releases have been altered and "tampered with" after transmission, and before receipt. Such manipulation is not taking place inside the Russian Federation, but, rather, at some point after transmission. Likewise, a number of "unidentified" incursions have been made into various internet based news sources which have handled the information, with several experiencing shut-downs and various technical problems. All of these sources are U.S. based.
At this point, in the investigation, two questions arise. Who, or what "entity" would have a vested interest in keeping information regarding this incident from reaching the general public, in the West, and why? As the saying goes, "all that glitters is not gold". By the same toke, it would appear that all that falls from the sky is not, necessarily of extraterrestrial origin, or if it is, there is a vested interest, at some point, in keeping this fact from being known.

Essex: UFO Sighting In County Skies
A UFO was spotted over Mersea Island just 90 minutes before a passenger jet pilot reported a similar sighting at Stansted.
Police have confirmed the "experienced" Boeing 737 captain radioed air traffic control to report a UFO just two miles from the airport.
A police spokesman told the Evening Gazette: "He thought he saw another aircraft flying in front of him, but there was no near miss. There was another report that someone saw what seemed like a ball of fire."
A ground patrol at Stansted also reported seeing shooting stars.
Police say the runway was checked as a precaution but nothing was found.
The control tower logged the incident as an "unidentified flying object".
Less than two hours earlier a former taxman was shocked to see a UFO shoot across the sky while out walking his dog.
John Wilson, 69, was near his East Mersea home when he spotted the bright ball-shaped light in the sky.
The strange sighting happened at 9.15pm on April 11.

DAZZLING UFO REPORTED IN AUVERGNE, FRANCE
On Friday, April 25, 2003, at 10:39 p.m., a dazzling UFO appeared over a farm field on the outskirts of Auvergne, a town in the department of Cher in south- central France, located about 200 kilometers (120 miles) south of Paris.
"My father, a farmer, was in the field after midnight," the source reported, "He then saw something over him. It was made up of more than 30 projections-- lights--that illuminated the ground below. The object suddenly went away before coming back."
"When the object had come to within one kilometer of the field, my father noticed it again. After that, he woke my mother, and they went outside and watched this strange object from 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. (it was now Saturday, April 26, 2003--J.T.). The object made a very strange run in the sky. It went away and came back always to the same place."
"A resident of a nearby municipality also saw the phenomenon. This witness thought it was a laser from a disco, even though the fact that it did not come from the ground seemed strange to him."

SCOTLAND - LARGE BRIGHT PINK CONE SHAPED OBJECT
LOANHEAD -- On Mother's Day, March 30, 2003, the witness and his Mother were near Edinburgh and looked out the upstairs rear window overlooking the Moorfoot Hills, when they noticed fireworks fairly high in the not so distant sky at 2:27 AM. It was more like a flare, as the extremely bright pink glow did not fade at all. It stayed stationary in the sky about one mile away. The witness states, "My Mum and I saw a glowing bright pink object float slowly to the ground and pass behind the horizon, after a few minutes in the same direction, we saw a very bright blue flashing light like the type used on a police car." It just seemed like a blue "earthly light" flashing brightly in the distance. But the previous pink light was far from that, we originally thought it may have been. It was completely silent. SRI LANKA THE UFO
COLOMBO -- On April 17, 2003, the witnesses spotted a fast moving light or disk flying horizontally to the right and then to the left. It was Good Thursday at 8:05 PM, AM. It is unknown where they went to. When it was first observed about 60 degrees high in the southern sky, it was moving in a shaky manner. It began to go away, but then came towards the land side. The object was luminous with a green/blue color and beam. After about three seconds it began to run towards the opposite side. PHILIPPINES - STRANGE CIGAR-SHAPED OBJECT
IRIGA CITY -- Eye witnesses report seeing two strange cigar-shaped objects flying in the sky just above Mount Asog on March 29, 2003. The cigar changed color alternately from yellow to blue then to red. Then after a few minutes of observation from about five kilometers, those two strange cigar-shaped objects disappeared in the clouds at 2:00 AM. Thanks to Peter Davenport
CANADA HUGE BLACK TRIANGLE TRAVELS QUICKLY
COQUITLAM, BC -- The witness who reported the sighting had just stepped outside to have a cigarette and said he noticed this "thing" out of the corner of his eye on March 25, 2003, at 8:55 PM. The witness said the craft was seen just above the clouds after it broke into a clearing in the night sky. He described the object as being very large, black, and triangular in shape with three points of light on each of the objects tips. Also noted about the object was that it moved very fast and was totally silent. The craft was flying roughly east to west. The object was seen just above the cloud cover (at 11,000 feet according the weather channel.) It then broke into the clear sky. The witness was located near Burnaby Mountain over the 401 Freeway. The witness says, "I was shocked at what I was seeing, plus its tremendous size, you could place three jumbo jets into the object easily." TRIANGULAR UFO SPOTTED IN NOVA SCOTIA
On Sunday, April 13, 2003, at 1:45 a.m., eyewitness M. Kennedy was outdoors in his hometown of Port Hastings, Nova Scotia, Canada when he saw an unusual light in the sky approaching from the northwest.
"There were about three lights in a triangular pattern, with blinking lights that were constantly changing colours," he reported, "The object itself was black. The lights were flying along in a triangular pattern. They seemed to be lozenge-shaped. They were at 15,000 feet (4,500 meters) and going at about 700 miles per hour (1,120 kilometers per hour)."

TEARDROP LIGHT OVER LAKE MICHIGAN
MANISTIQUE -- The witness noticed a very large object compared to anything else in the sky. He states, "It was a perfectly round bright red circle with a tapering green tail." The sighting took place at 1 AM, against a clear black night sky over Lake Michigan, on March 27, 2003. It was due south of
Manistique Harbor and was very bright and very distinct. It had clean edges, with no glow or haze. It appeared to be traveling straight down, and suddenly disappeared. It was very high above horizon, and appeared large, but I could not tell its true size or distance.
CAPAC -- The witness reports, "I woke up to take a pain reliever at midnight, turned on the TV and sat on the living room couch facing the window, when a creature ran across my porch on March 28, 2003." I quickly jumped up and looked out the door to see it run around the corner of my house on the porch. It was of average height, but had abnormally long arms. Its arms and legs were somewhat spiny and it had a larger than normal bald head. I did not get a good look at the face but I could tell that it was not human.
Within a few seconds of this, the lights went out and I could see two large blue spotlights in the sky moving as if it was searching for something. The spotlights were in the field across from me about 800 feet. As they moved away, the power came back on. This morning I called my friend and she said, "Her electricity and lights had gone off and she also saw the blue lights in the sky. ARIZONA - TWO SPHERICAL DAYLIGHT UFOs
TUCSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT -- The spectator was waiting for her flight, looking out the north windows and saw an airliner about 30,000 to 35,000 feet up flying east. She reports, "The jet was at a more northeasterly point on its path when the two spheres appeared to pop out of the blue lower to and behind the airliner by the Catalina Mountain peaks from 2:00 to 2:04 PM, in the afternoon on March 31, 2003." The spheres dropped down a bit, seemed to stay still for some seconds, and were moving slower than the jet. They also moved in an easterly path with the higher sphere disappearing about 30 seconds after first noticing the UFO. The witness who has excellent credentials states, "When these objects suddenly appeared, I was surprised at their spherical shape and the shape of the jet was clearly recognizable, but these objects were not recognizable as any known aircraft." I called over to a woman in the room to come see this, and she saw the two spheres, the jet, and the one sphere disappear and the jet fly out of her sight to the east with the second object also having disappeared before the jet was out of sight.
The spheres were the same size, and the size of a lower case "o" . The spheres appeared as white but also illuminated uniformly from within--not as reflected light, no flashing light, or lights. The spheres did not glow.
The suddenly appeared in mid air literally out of the blue. The objects were not in any formation. One sphere was higher in the sky and to the left of the lower sphere.
CHUPACABRA KILLED IN SOUTHERN CHILE
"A bizarre animal caught in a small community in southern Chile was immediately associated by the local residents with the enigmatic Chupacabra, since dozens of birds who died by exsanguination (i.e. all the blood was drained from their bodies--J.T.) was found in the area some time ago."
"According to police reports, the black, cat-like animal--showing considerable differences" from normal felines "in its ears and hind legs--was captured by residents of Pinchulao, a settlement in the commune of Lautaro, 690 kilometers (414 miles) south" of Santiago de Chile, the national capital.
"La Prensa Austral, a newspaper in Temuco, a town adjacent to Lautaro, specified that the strange beast was caught in the process of exsanguinating a hen."
"The animal will be examined by local veterinarians and analyzed to determine which species it belongs to."
"Every so often, the legendary Chupacabra becomes a news item in Chile. It is accused of slaying and sucking dry" livestock such as "goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens and other animals, although its existence has never been verified."
"In late May 2000, residents of the northern city of Calama" blamed NASA, the USA's space agency, "for the Chupacabra's manifestations and attacks. At the time, residents of Calama, located 1,584 kilometers (950 miles) north of Santiago, claimed that U.S. scientists were in the area and 'lost control of at least three genetic experiments,' only managing to recover two of them."
"The (weird) animal, found by a local resident, was caught in the act of sucking blood from a chicken's neck."
"The specimen is in the possession of Ricardo Candia, officer in charge of the local television station, USTV, in the city of Toque, who had the creature embalmed in order to preserve it."
"It is worth noting that the animal--measuring some 30 centimeters (12 inches) long--was captured by a resident of the Pinchulao settlement, property of Prof. Luis Mendez, in the Rinconada sector, some 19 kilometers
(12 miles) from Lautaro."
"Around 8 p.m. last Wednesday (April 16, 2003), Samuel Cayuman was inside his dwelling in the company of his wife when both heard a strange sound coming from the henhouse. Concerned for his poultry, the worker went outside and headed towards the structure to take a look.
He removed his key and unlocked the door to enter a space fenced by barbed wire, but the darkness kept him from seeing anything strange going on within."
"He suddenly seized one of the hens. Upon taking it outside for a better look, he noticed that a dark and hairy animal was dangling from its (the hen's) neck. He immediately let go of the bird and gripped the strange being that had already drained all of the hen's blood. Cayuman separated it (from the hen--J.T.) and then killed it." SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION CASE IN MASSACHUSETTS
A possible case of spontaneous human combustion (SHC) was reported last week in Massachusetts.
"A Brockton woman who cared for the elderly in her home burned to death in front of a helpless neighborhood teenager on the sidewalk across the street from her family home, neighbors and police said yesterday," Thursday,
April 24, 2003.
"'I saw a boy standing over a body and he had a fire going,' said Beatrice Casali, the next-door neighbor of fire victim Linda Connors, who had her husband call the police. 'I saw what looked like legs in the fire. The knees were bent. I said, 'Oh, Warren, that looks like a body. Go call the cops.'"
"Connors, 47, died of smoke inhalation and burns Wednesday (April 23, 2003) about 11:45 p.m., as George Connors, her husband, and an elder she was caring for were inside the quaint single-family home."
"State and local detectives were trying to determine how the fire started and who, if anyone, was responsible."
"'We're looking at everything--homicide, suicide, accident--everything,' said state police Detective Joseph Mason."
"After his wife was pronounced dead, George Connors emerged from his modest home flanked by two police officers, according to a neighbor, who didn't want to be identified."
"When he saw his wife's body under the sheet, Connors tried to make a beeline toward her, but was stopped by officers, who slapped on a pair of handcuffs and guided him into a (police) cruiser, said the neighbor."
"Yesterday Connors volunteered to take a polygraph test and agreed to provide investigators with samples of his DNA, said his father, Robert Connors of Dover," Massachusetts.
"'They're holding him for some tests,' said Robert Connors, 'He has no idea, no idea at all' what happened to his wife."
"An unidentified neighborhood teen who watched the woman burn had initially received a call from some friends who had just left his house, driven down the street and spotted the fire on a nearby sidewalk."
"When the teen walked down the street, he saw what he thought was a mannequin on fire and thought it was a practical joke, said a neighbor, who didn't want to be identified, but had talked to the teen."
"'He kicked the body and it rolled into the street,' the neighbor said."

She worked for the Veterans Administration (VA) in Brockton, takng elderly patients into her home, where she provided care, said a relative who lives around the corner from Connors. 'She liked to play Bingo,' said the relative, who declined to give her name."
"Linda Parson exchanged her wedding vows with George Connors in what was the first marriage for both of them about two years ago. Then they announced their union to their families."

ITALY - DISCOVERS THREE VERY ANCIENT PYRAMIDS
MONTEVECCHIA PYRAMIDS -- Three ancient pyramids were discovered by satellite and aerial imagery in Northern Italy, in the town of Montevecchia (40 km from Milan). They are the first pyramids ever discovered in Italy and the dimensions are quite impressive; the highest pyramid is 150 meters tall.
They are stone buildings, as recent excavations have proved. They are now completely covered by ground and vegetation, so that they now look like hills. The inclination degree of all the three pyramids is 42/43° and there is a perfect alignment with the Orion constellation and many similarities to the Egyptian pyramids. "Their age is still unknown but they are surely older than 3000 years. Nothing was found nearby which may help to date the structures. The people who lived there were mainly gatherers and hunters.

NEW CATTLE MUTILATIONS REPORTED IN ARGENTINA
"Concern spread among some Pampan cattlemen of the Lihuel Carhuel department, who expressed their fears at the discovery of several reported animal mutilations in the rural area."
"In an interview with El Diario, a young rancher whose property is located on Provincial Route 13, some 60 kilometers (36 miles) west of Cuchillo Co," in Argentina's La Pampa province, "and also requested anonymity, remarked that two mutilated cows and a calf were found on his property, being similar to the ones who achieved prominence in this and other provinces in 2002."
"The cattleman noted that there also occurred a case involving the mutilation of a wild boar cub."
"Worried by the situation, he stated, 'It seems that they've taken action against me now, because, in 15 days, they've mutilated six calves, all of them black, plump, weighing 160 to 220 kilograms, which were in an open field.'"
"'The last one was found Thursday (April 10, 2003) about 500 meters (0.3 miles) from the road and some 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) from my house, while I was away in General Acha. The same occurred on Friday (April 11,
2003) with a sheep,' he added."
"When consulted about the condition in which the animals were found, and the type of mutilations presented, he explained that 'some were male and some were female, but similar incisions can be found in all of them-- perfectly even and cured, as though cauterized. They were missing their tongues, jaws, ears, eyes and hide in a stretch from the front to the start of the chest. The females were missing their udders and the males their testicles.'"
"He later said that 'I turned one of them over to remove its ribs, but one of them, which was under the body, was cracked and was 'mashed,' as though it had experienced a poweful blow.'"
"'I removed two ribs for the dogs, which ate it," he reported, but added that the cadaver emanated "'a strong odor of ammonia and sulfur which became unbearable.'"
