The final voyage of the shuttle program is now complete, and the three decade long space shuttle program has come to an end.
A program that has inspired generations will no longer be there for future generations, but the United States is not yet out of the space business, and will hopefully, when our political climate once again becomes more hospitable to funding NASA, begin some new program with the goal of travelling deeper into space.
